This autumn Out of the Blue and VOCAL are working in partnership to offer unpaid carers a number of creative and inspiring workshops that carers can enjoy to take time away from their caring role, try something new and connect with others.
Discover the art of printmaking in a supportive and relaxed environment.
We’ll show you simple ways to use hands-on printing techniques like cyanotype, ink monotype, risograph printing and more to create beautiful and unique artwork. Experiment with mark-making, collage, and natural materials as you craft something special to hang in your home or gift to friends, family and loved ones.
This 9-week course is suitable for complete beginners with no experience necessary, and all tools will be provided.
Roll up your sleeves, unwind and enjoy the peaceful process of printing.
Date and time: Saturday afternoons, 2-4pm
Starting from Saturday 7th October.
Location: Cutting Room, The Out of the Blue Drill Hall
